What is a "Gastro" Pub?
It’s an easy & affordable way to come in and eat hand crafted food that’s great with beer, a cocktail or a nice glass of wine. Perfect for a quick bite or to linger over & eat from all night. The bar menu is a great way to sample some courses that are also available on our dinning room menu: a four course menu that has brought Chef Rob Evans national acclaim. Available Tuesday through Saturday Nights.

Rob & Nancy, the owners of Hugo’s Restaurant, opened up a Belgian style french fry & Panini sandwich just down the street. The Belgian fries are fried in duck fat for extraordinary flavor, (hence the name!) And almost everything is made from scratch!
